Shipping Policy
We ship all orders directly from our manufacturing facilities in China, the source of the natural herbs used in Natures Support preparations. 

We offer EXPRESS delivery via DHL courier or STANDARD delivery via China Post international registered airmail. Please note that the EXPRESS service is much quicker, it offers more reliability and all parcels are trackable. The STANDARD service uses the international state post office network, parcels will be delivered by the local postal service in the recipients country and this does present risk in that there is no tracking and no guaranteed control over the quality of state postal services.

EXPRESS delivery orders are dispatched via DHL and are typically received within 5 days of dispatch. Upon dispatch we will provide you a tracking number and web link so that the location of the parcel can be tracked from the time of DHL collection up until the signature of receipt. We do not accept responsibility for the quality of DHL service. 

STANDARD delivery orders are dispatched by regular registered airmail via the China postal service. Orders are typically received within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that we do not accept responsible for the quality of postal service in your country and are NOT responsible for non deliveries. All dispatches are registered and China Post do provide a postal trace service in the event of non-delivery after a THREE MONTH period from the date of dispatch. This period is to allow for a potential return to sender for undelivered items.  

Customs laws and regulations vary from country and are changed from time to time and we cannot accept responsibility for the successful customs clearance of any order or for any losses thereof as a result of customs inspection or confiscation. All orders are declared for customs as 'dietary supplement' and it is advisable that you check if there are any restrictions upon such being sent to you from overseas before you order. If there are any customs disputes then it is the purchasers responsibility to resolve them. We will upon reasonable request provide any supporting documentation to assist customs clearance if necessary.
